1. Subscription Fees
All subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable. Partial refunds are not available for mid-cycle cancellations.

2. Service Issues
If users experience a technical failure preventing the use of our services, we may, at our discretion, offer a prorated refund or service credit.

3. Cancellation Policy
Users may cancel subscriptions at any time, but no refunds will be issued for payments already processed.

4. Dispute Resolution
Refund disputes must be submitted in writing within 15 days of the charge. We will review each request on a case-by-case basis.
